Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A 10% re-test/re-packaging/re-stock fee could be charged because the additional labor involved. And a 5% of Shopify fee will also be excluded from the refund because it has already been charged by Shopify.
Any damaged, modified or soldered items are not acceptable for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Free items
We will try our best to ship the free items in your order as long as they are in stock. But shipping the free items is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any free items that are out of stock or can not be shipped.
Troubleshoot
Troubleshooting is a basic skill of an audio DIYer. People can learn a lot from troubleshoot process and enjoy the success of fixing issues.
All IanCanada's products are carefully tested before delivery. But because the projects are not just for basic levels, due to the assembling, connection, integration, software, power supply and other issues, you may still encounter problems when you build your project. If that's the case, please download each user's manual for the possible solutions. Please also read the DIY tips and troubleshoot cases to have more ideas. I believe you can figure out the issue by yourself.
You can also send email/message to us if you still can not fix the problem. We will provide helps as possible as we can. But please kindly understand that we don't responsible of debugging user's system. If you really want, you can sending questioning items back to us by creating a after sales service ticket, we can address the issues for you. If the issue is not IanCanada's problem, a $30 to $200 service fee will be charged according to the scale of your project because of the additional labor involved, as well as the associated repairing fee if there is any damage. User must take care of the round shipping for the after sales service.
Fees
10% re-test/re-package fee could be charged to returned items because of the addition labor will be involved.
Repair/Re-test fee could be charged if the service/repair item is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty
All items have one year limited warranty from the day of delivery. There will be no chare for the service and repair under the warranty. However short circuit, reversing power supply, water damage, user failure or other specified cased may not covered by the warranty.
Shipping cost
All services are based local in Toronto Canada. Iancanada isn't responsible for any shipping cost associated with service/repair/return. Customer needs to take care of the shipping.
